Holding Your Reservation
- We will need a credit card number to reserve your room.
Cancelling Your Reservation
- You may cancel your reservation for no charge 5 day[s] before your arrival
- If you cancel after the deadline, we will assess the fee for the amount you have booked. If you have made a prepayment, we will retain all or part of your prepayment. Otherwise, we will charge from your credit card.
When You Check-in
- Please be prepared to show proof of eligibility (Government issued identification card which should have your photo, age and address).
Modifying Your Reservation
- Please note that a change in the length or dates of your reservation may result in a rate change.
